MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENTS: We have two Encapsulation lines for Soft gelatin. The detail of machinery is
- Encapsulation machine I & II : Two Machines with
new solvent free system model SS-100 from M/s Sky Softgel, Korea.
- Tumbler Dryer : Two tumbler drying machine with 8 buckets each for good
and quick drying of capsules.
- Gelatin Melting Tanks: Two Gelatin melting tanks for 600 litres each to ensure multiple working on both machines.
- Gelatin Service Tanks: Four Gelatin service tanks of 200 litres each.
- Medicament Preparation Equipment: We have a range of Colloid Mill, Vibrator, Homo Mixer & Vaccum Mixer etc.
- Medicine Service Tanks: Two Medicine service tanks of 200 litres each.
- Auto Sorter:
We have auto sorter model no- SS-5L with the capacity of
sorting Two lac capsules per hour.
All the above equipments are purchased from M/s Sky Soft gel Co LTD and all the contact parts of the machines are in SS-316.
Packaging Lines : Three Packaging Lines, detail as below :
- One Flat Bed blister packaging machine, make Elmach.
- One Alu – Alu packaging machine.
- One Bottle filling machine.
i) HVAC SYSTEM : HVAC System has been designed very carefully for grade D (Class One Lac). We have taken care of all temperature controls, pressure difference, air changes etc. this system will be up-gradable for building management services (BMS) to record and produce data for validation purpose and for precision control of the system
ii) Water Treatment System: This plant is designed to generate Purified Water as per USP XXVII Standards. The plant consist Pretreatment, Reverse Osmosis Plant followed by
UV purifier upgradeable to EDI unit.
The plant will be completely automatic with PLC/SCADA control.
